We had a wet, wet day on our passage out of Glacier Bay. And nothing cures the rainy day blues like fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. A side benefit to cookie baking is that the heat of the oven helps to counteract the 49 degree temperature and 150% humidity of the day.
This batch was baked in North Inian Cove, which is a beautiful small notch in the islands that separate Icy Strait from Cross Sound.
