By the end of a typical day, we’re usually worn out from sailing, and/or exploring, and/or boat maintenance (or even sometimes from a full day of relaxing…). Usually, we’re in bed by 10pm at the latest.
We’ve been far enough north this summer that the days have been very long. That means that it’s always been light when we’ve gone to bed, and light when we’ve woken up.
Imagine our surprise recently when we saw a sunset from the cockpit. Who knew they had those in Alaska?
