We really enjoyed our time in the Channel Islands but it was time to continue south. Our last overnight stop on Santa Catalina Island was at Whites Landing. The water was crystal clear- we could see our anchor dug into the sand 40 feet below us.

After departing from Whites Landing we floated outside of Avalon Harbor, watching boats of all sizes coming & going while taking advantage of cell phone service and internet- we had been without for a couple of days.
Then we were off on our 70nm overnight passage to San Diego.
