Our prediction of consistently sunny skies to come has proved to be a bit optimistic. Madrone is back under low grey skies.
We’re now about a quarter of the way or so to Easter Island. The wind is forecasted to swing in a more favorable direction and drop a bit by this evening. That should help improve the sea state, and Madrone is looking forward to unrolling her reefed sails.
