Even though she’s only 43 feet in length and just over 13’ at her widest point, Angie and Mike have lived quite comfortably aboard Madrone for the last few months.

The guest cabin – yours when you come for a visit!

The forwardmost area on the boat is the anchor locker and bow thruster compartment.  The forward cabin with it’s own head is just aft of that – this is your cabin when you come to visit us!

The middle of the boat contains the main salon, along with the galley.

NavTable&Companionway

Navigation desk and passageway to the aft sleeping cabin

Our engine room is directly beneath the sailing cockpit, and a passageway leads aft to the main cabin, where Mike and Angie sleep, and the master head.

Overall, there’s about 250-300 square feet (25-30 square meters) of living space – pretty small by US land-based standards, but it’s also a very cozy space.
