Hello, everyone. This is submarine Madrone checking in.

We are beam reaching in 25-30 knots of breeze, and it is a wet ride. Every couple of minutes Madrone sails through the top of a wave instead of over it, so there is plenty of saltwater cascading over the boat.

The good news is that we are making good mileage to the NNE – without a pesky current on our nose, we would have covered almost 180 miles. The other good news is that if there was any dirt on deck, it has long since washed away.

All’s well.
