After a few whirlwind days in London, Team Madrone and Team Colorado headed for a couple of days in the beautiful university town of Oxford. While Mike picked his way north (on the “wrong” side of the road) in the rental, the rest of the crew rode bravely with white knuckles and clenched teeth.

Festive streets of downtown Oxford
Dinner with friends

Oxford is another fantastic place to be a tourist – the old buildings of the various colleges surround beautiful quads, while rowing sculls slip quietly past on the quiet waters of the Thames.

Great surroundings, delicious food, and good friends.
